Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Consumers have the right to examine and try the product to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges

Shipping
To return your product, please mail it to: Rua Santa Marinha da Costa 132, 4810-015, Guimaraes, Portugal. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or not as described. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items

Late or Missing Refunds
